Education
Richard D. Mutarelli, Jr. was born in Ocala, Fla., in 1987. He earned a degree in Business from Concordia University-Wisconsin in 2010, graduating with honors. Mr. Mutarelli then studied at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Fla., where he served as a Student Ambassador.
Experience
Mr. Mutarelli joined McGraw, Rauba & Mutarelli in 2016 as an associate attorney, bringing civil litigation experience to the firm. Mr. Mutarelli is admitted to practice in Florida and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Before he joined McGraw, Rauba & Mutarelli, Mr. Mutarelli represented an array of clients while working as an associate attorney with Jacksonville law firm Sullivan & Company from 2015 to 2016. During his legal career, Mr. Mutarelli has represented clients’ interests in matters ranging from personal injury and products liability to debt collection and salvage.
