Brian T. Anderson

Background & Education

Brian T. Anderson was born and raised in Winter Springs, Florida until the time he commenced his academic pursuits at the University of Florida. While at UF, Mr. Anderson earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Food and Resource Economics prior to receiving his Juris Doctor degree from the UF College of Law.

Experience

Mr. Anderson primarily focuses on civil and commercial litigation, as well as appellate practice, in a range of construction, real estate, and general business matters. Additionally, Mr. Anderson has a special interest in handling client needs relating to agribusiness and environmental/resource management. The combination of his education in agricultural economics and his experiences interning with the St. Johns River Water Management District during law school has provided Mr. Anderson valuable insight to the unique issues faced by Florida’s agricultural industry.
